About 7 For All Mankind
The creation of 7 For All Mankind in the fall of 2000 is synonymous with the birth of premium denim. Michael Glasser, Peter Koral, and Jerome Dahan who founded the company realized that there was a void in the market for contemporary denim. Their new brand filled this niche and became instantly popular, establishing Los Angeles as the center for casual fashion and paving the way for hundreds of denim companies to follow. 7 For All Mankind jeans, known simply as Sevens, transformed the way denim was viewed by the public, elevating it from everyday casual wear to high quality, trendsetting fashion. Sevens became coveted by the young urban crowd and celebrities alike. In October of 2002, 7 For All Mankind released a men's line which enjoyed as much consumer success as the women's line.
Today, Seven's product line has expanded to include women's, men's, kid's, sportswear, handbag and footwear collections. Seven jeans are known for their appealing fit, variety of washes and finishes, and iconic back pocket stitching. Their other non-denim items are a mix of breezy tops, daring heels, urban jackets and chic dresses that all complement the classic yet trendsetting style of the jeans.
