About Samsung
Samsung was founded in 1938 by Lee Byung-Chul as a small trading company located in the city of South Korean city of Daegu. The prosperous company was forced to move to the city of Busan in 1950 and start over; this move was a result of the communist invasion that occurred in Seoul at the time.
