This is a great resource for basic home goods like dishes and tableware, silverware, etc. It's also a great place to buy gifts, as everyone knows Crate and Barrel, and people can easily make exchanges, etc. Furniture is also solid and reliable, even if the design is not the most interesting.

Most of our wedding registry was from Crate and Barrel and I must say we have been highly impressed with their quality. We love their everyday china and glassware as it is very durable.
