What should I keep in mind when writing a review? |

Dish the Details. Please include all the relevant details as to why you like or dislike a product, store or brand.
Apples & Oranges. If the item you’re reviewing is similar to something else, feel free to compare them.
Keep it Real. Please tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
Got Connections? Please disclose any personal or professional connection you have to the product manufacturer or store that you’re reviewing. This includes any special treatment you received, like a free gift or discount.
Play Nice. Help us keep Pronto a friendly place to discover, share and compare by avoiding the following when writing reviews:
- Single-word reviews
- Offensive remarks, including profanity, obscenities, etc.
- Personal information such as phone numbers and email addresses
- Commercial or Promotional material
- Plagiarism - all reviews should be original material written by you
- Spoilers (for books, movies, etc.)
- ALL CAPS and excessive use of symbols (e.g. *** or !!!!!)
- Reports of problems with the Pronto site. If you’re having any problems with the Pronto site, please send us feedback.

What is a Rating? |

Vote for your favorite products, brands and stores! When you submit a rating and review, you're sharing your views with the Pronto community. Your vote helps to boost that product, brand, or store's rating, so others can find it. We'll also add this product, brand or store to your profile page so you can keep track of it.
Tag it. Tags are words or phrases that help keep your favorite products organized (e.g. "dream furniture" or "gifts for john"). Your tags will appear on the left side of your profile page under "my tags"; just click on the tag title to pull up the products you tagged.

What is a list? |

Lists are easy ways for you to keep track of all the products, brands and stores you encounter on Pronto. You can maintain a wishlist that you can send to your friends and family, or keep track of things you want to buy or have recently purchased.

What do "Recently Rated" and "Highest Rated" mean? |
| A. |
The "Recently Rated" tab shows products by how recently someone else rated them. The "Highest Rated" tab shows the most popular items, based on the number of star votes they've received.

How do I remove something from my profile? |

To remove a product, brand or store, just go to your profile page and click the link "remove" link.

What do "Top Reviewers", "Top Brands" and "Top Stores" mean? |
| A. |
Members featured in the "Top Reviewers" section have written the most number of reviews overall or in the particular category you're browsing.
Similarly, brands and stores featured in the "Top Brands" and "Top Stores" section have received the most 4 and 5-star ratings from the Pronto community.

How do I report inappropriate content? |

We want Pronto to be a clean and welcome place for everyone. We encourage you not to post inappropriate content such as personal attacks of other users, slurs and stereotypes or spam. If you see any content that you think is inappropriate, please
report it, and we will address it.
